Zenvy Pay (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the website zenvypay.com and provides international remittance services that allow users to send funds to Brazil via PIX. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information about you when you use our services.

- Recipient PIX key (CPF, email, phone number, or random key)
- Recipient name
- Transaction status and timestamps
- Exchange rates applied

- Device type and operating system
- Pages visited and features used
- Referring URLs and session duration
2. How We Use Your Information

- Process and complete your international remittance transactions

3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
3.1 Payment Processing Partners
To facilitate transactions, we share necessary information with:
- Topper Pay — our on-ramp payment processor, which handles card payment processing and identity verification (KYC). Your data shared with Topper is governed by Topper's Privacy Policy.
- BaaS Provider (PIX) — our Brazilian banking-as-a-service partner who executes the PIX transfer to your recipient. This partner operates under Brazilian financial regulations and the Banco Central do Brasil.
3.2 Authentication Provider
We use Clerk to manage user authentication (sign-in via Google, Apple, or email). Clerk may collect and process data pursuant to Clerk's Privacy Policy.
3.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Zenvy Pay, our users, or the public.
3.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:
- TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted to and from our platform
- Encrypted storage of sensitive data at rest
- Access controls limiting who can view personal information
- Regular security assessments and vulnerability testing
While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
